Why is it necessary to re-Login to My.PreSonus?

  1. Log in to my account
  2. Click Support link
  3. Click Q&A Community Answers
  4. Click Ask a Question
  5. Get RED prompt to log in while in the upper right shows me as logged & allowing me to Log Out
  6. So I click the "log in" link & get taken to the Login page
  7. LastPass auto-fills the password but not the Login name & I'm going to guess this is because the field isn't labeled correctly on the page
  8. Manually copy & paste email & click Login
  9. Now I document the steps I think are unnecessary & should be entirely eliminated
  10. I think I came here to enter the two SOPro5 bugs I found... I think : )

The Answers system is not part of the My.PreSonus.Com system.

The software we used for it doesn't offer the ability to combine the logins, therefore, like the forum, a second login is required for this system.
