Question

StudioOne5 is now available and I'm entitled to a free upgrade.
Go to the URL in the body of the email, click on the product (Professional), click on the green Redeem, then all you see is a button to join Presonus Sphere.
I have tried Chome, Safari, and IE all of my browsers, but I am having trouble with the same state.
Please help me.
Is there any solution to this problem?
