Question

I have installed on my PC (Windows 10,64 bit, all current) SO Artist. I joined Sphere today to have access to SO Pro and all the bells/whistles to see if that's something I should consider purchasing in the near future. I am a Cakewalk/Sonar Platinum user and received SO via Positive Grid-Spark.After joining I loaded the installer for what I thought was SO Pro but opened software and it was still Artist. I uninstalled Artist and went through installer again and it was still Artist. I have not received a new key for Pro. What am I not seeing or understanding?

You need to download Studio One 5 Pro from your my.presonus.com account and install it over top of your Artist installation.

Then activate it with the Sphere license and it will open as Sphere.

OR

You can activate Artist 5 with your Sphere license.

Then download Studio One 5 Pro installer and install over top of Artist and it will open up activated as Studio One 5 Pro.

We have made an improvement request that Sphere activates and opens Studio One 5 Pro automatically. Until such time these are your options for enabling Studio One 5 Pro on your system with the Sphere license.
