Question

I use Studio One 3 on my Mac. Now I wanna use it on my macbook. I went on mypresonus ->home->edit profile and then tried to'Download my Data‘. I got a HTML download but it won‘t load on my macbook. How can I download my registered product that I can download it on mypresonus?

Download your Data is so you can download your profile information should you wish to delete your account. 

What you want to do is something completely different. 

1. Go to your account at https://my.presonus.com
2. Click on My Products
3. Software Products are now shown
4. find your download for Studio One that you want to install and download it. 
5. Then run and activate it on your MacBook.
