Will Studio One 5 ever have “Studio Room EQ Calibration” software? This would be an awesome addition!

Yes. Awesome but very expensive to develop (not talking about the selling price ...) !

This is too specific and i think this is not an option to be integrated to a Daw as you may need it for other purposes.

Have a look at Sonarworks for example.
