I’m new to recording. I’ve been trying to record acoustic guitar in stereo using two mics. The audio bars for both mics react up when I strum the guitar. It seems to record but when I play it back it only comes out of one monitor. I’ve tried several different settings and can’t get it to work.
I’m using a focusrite 4i4 AI. When I have the monitors plugged into outputs 3 and 4 both monitors work for some reason... but the volume control know on the interface doesn’t work. When plugged into outputs 1and two the volume control works but sound comes out of only one monitor. I’d like to be able to record to outputs 1&2 and be able to control the volume from the interface and hear the playback from both monitors.Any advice would be great. Thanks.
