Question

Is there a way to change the fast/slow switch on S1's Rotor using an external keyboard controller mod wheel (and have those switches be saved when recording a Presence organ)?

Having the same problem. No help at all from PreSonus.

Bring up the Rotor plug-in and Right Click on the Speed Control switch and assign speed to Control.  I'm using a M-Audio and was able to assign "Speed" to Control1 on my Oxygen Pro 61
