Why am I getting clicking sounds while recording, I have the volume down and have checked my connections and wires?

If it's a steady click, look to see if your metronome is on or not. 

Bring up the mixer (F3) and on the master output make sure the metronome is not illuminated in blue.

It turned out to be wrong usb jack, i moved the usb to one in the back of my computer it it is working fine,
