Is it possible to stream live or record from an Ipad in a way that video comes from the Ipad camera but Audio comes from the Personus Studio 24c interface (and not from the Ipad mic)?

Yes, you just need to buy a lightning to XLR adaptor. 

You could maybe even use TRRS to XLR but i've heard this is lower quality than the option above.
