Can you transfer 1 of the 5 Studio One licenses to a different account, while keeping the other licenses?

A friend of mine purchased Studio One 5 and wants to give me a copy of it (as a gift). He has 4 licenses remaining. Is it possible to transfer one license to my account?

No this is not possible. The 5 activations are part of the same license. You'd need to purchase your own license.
