Song has quiet start and loud end, as I’m going to use a limiter in mastering, I don’t want to use a limiter before mastering too?

How can I reduce clipping without reducing the master fader to -11db before exporting to mastering?

The song sounds great even when clipping but sounds terrible when I put a limiter on it?

Find the track(s) responsible for clipping and compress or use clip gain technique.
