Can’t get Rock Band midi keyboard & guitar working

I have the midi keyboard and guitar from the PS3 version of Rock Band 3 and am having trouble connecting them to my pc (and Studio One 4). I’m using a midi to usb cable, any help would be appreciated. Thanks
