I have the same issue. I can create a separate question if need be.
- On August 23, USB was recognized by the Windows 10 PC and everything worked fine (as it had since I started using it back in March).
- On August 30, PC did not see the StudioLive III 32. Analog out was required to get audio to the PC.
Knowns:
- No changes had been made to the Mixer.
- In between the uses, the PC showed an update to Microsoft Edge and NVidia Geforce Experience. I would assume a windows update occurred.
- Current Windows specs are:
- Windows 10 Pro
- Version 1909
- Build 18363.1016
Current attempts to correct include:
- Numerous PC restarts
- Numerous Mixer restarts
- Trying another USB cable.
- Verifying the USB cables with another device.
- Reloading previous mixer scenes that where known to work.
- Uninstall both Capture and Universal Control followed by install of the latest version.
- Updated the mixer firmware using the latest version of Universal Control.
Note:
As a video streaming plan B, an old ********* (behr.) USB Analog to Digital conversion device was employed. This connected without issue aside from excessive noise.
