studiolive usb not working  it worked yesterday but not today

Ensure you system is fully up to date with the latest Universal Control and mixer firmware. 

If the issue remains then please log a support ticket.

I have the same issue. I can create a separate question if need be.

  • On August 23, USB was recognized by the Windows 10 PC and everything worked fine (as it had since I started using it back in March).
  • On August 30, PC did not see the StudioLive III 32. Analog out was required to get audio to the PC.

Knowns:

  1. No changes had been made to the Mixer.
  2. In between the uses, the PC showed an update to Microsoft Edge and NVidia Geforce Experience. I would assume a windows update occurred.
  3. Current  Windows specs are:
    • Windows 10 Pro
    • Version 1909
    • Build 18363.1016

Current attempts to correct include:

  1. Numerous PC restarts
  2. Numerous Mixer restarts
  3. Trying another USB cable.
  4. Verifying the USB cables with another device.
  5. Reloading previous mixer scenes that where known to work.
  6. Uninstall both Capture and Universal Control followed by install of the latest version.
  7. Updated the mixer firmware using the latest version of Universal Control.

Note:
As a video streaming plan B, an old ********* (behr.) USB Analog to Digital conversion device was employed. This connected without issue aside from excessive noise.
