Hello, I am a Presonus user and I have several hardware and software products. I just bought ERIS E5 monitors and I have a question that I cannot resolve. I have a sound card connected by XLR and if I just connect that output it sounds perfect. If I then connect a guitar multi-effects to the TRS input then I stop hearing the sound card that is in the XLR input and I only hear the pedal board that is in the TRS input. This is normal? It's a bit difficult for me to be connecting and disconnecting cables every time I want to use one or the other input. Is there any solution? Thank you.

Please refer to Section 2.2.1

These inputs are provided to allow for flexible connectivity and not for connecting multiple sources to your speakers simultaneously. Please connect only one source to your Eris E5/E8.
