How about a 'Plugin Note' that will be saved when we save a Preset?

Plugin Note is basically similar to Channel Note. Instead they will be for the Plugin.

I think this will be very helpful when sharing Presets or sharing works between different people.

For example, I don't want my co-producer, to change the Ratio of my compressor. So I write it down on the notes and save it as a preset or save the session which will basically save the preset as well.
