Is it possible to save all of the scenes and settings on the SL3 24 that i currently have, and then load them onto a 32R rack unit that I'd like to replace it with?

Or will I have to start from scratch on the 32R?

Yes, you can use Universal Control to transfer presets or just simple backup the mixer and load the back up on to the other mixer.
