Will MIDI feedback for Faderport MIDI mode will be supported at some point?

Hi, I have bought the fb16 to control a software that does not have MCU or similar functionality, so I need to use midi mode and map it myself. I just realized "MIDI Mode is one-way communication from the controller to the software. FaderPort 8 / 16 does not receive feedback from the software for Fader placement or LED button sync." - that means the fp16 is not of use to me, how sad!
So my question is: Is this on the horizon at some point? Or is there a technical reason why it would be impossible or very hard to do? Thank you!

As of the last firmware update (3.43), there is feedback but it is broken: parameter linked to fader 3 moves fader 1.

I've made a video documenting this issue: https://answers.presonus.com/62143/bug-faderport8-not-updating-its-faders-correctly-midi-mode

Maybe you can reply too to my post so that it gets some attention.

I think that Presonus understimates how many more sales they would get if they got this fixed. It would make Faderport8 the #1 choice for a MIDI controller with motorized faders. As of now, nobody gets it right but ********* X-Touch is better than Presonus Faderport just because of this problem.
