Brand new E66 Studio monitor wont accept input from TRS. I get it to work occasionally but you can tell the input itself is funky.
Here’s the kicker... the “Create Ticket” link in my profile is just plain text and doesnt do anything!! And of course is the only avenue of support.
Edit: rotating my phone to landscape lets me click the create ticket button... wish me luck
Is Presonus a scam? I am confused and feel ripped off, i am certainly steering my clients away from this brand in the future.
