When I mix down with the Ampire Plugin on after it is complete I hear a loud click and the meter shows 666. The audio engine is turned off and I have to restart Studio One 5. When i disengage  Ampire it works fine, but of course I don't have the amp sims then. I thought the latest update would have fixed it but I guess it didn't. Would like to know if any one else has the same problem.

Yes! Just experienced this. As soon as I enable Ampire on my guitar track, the audio engine gets thrown and I get the 666 error. The Ampire on the bass track is working fine. Presonus' advice is to narrow down the plugin causing the issue. To find out it's a Presonus plugin is absolutely infuriating.

The same thing happened to me. This has occurred since version 5.1.2. Updating master files or a mixdown is no longer possible with the Ampire plug-in activated. It always ends with the 666 error. To reset the error I always have to switch off all Ampire plugins and then switch to another audio interface and then back again.

I have the same issue and I've narrowed it down to Ampire as well.  In one particular song I have Ampire on multiple tracks.  When I shutoff most of the them the problem goes away, but obviously this is not a helpful fix...

The 666 message happens when the Ampire overloads. Think of how an amp reacts when the signal is too hot or the gain is too high. If you turn down the gain on the Ampire this should take care of the problem. If not, try recording you guitar at a lower level. With digital recording you don't want the incoming signal to peak at more the -18db, that is the digital sweet spot. I hope this helps.
