My band uses Presonus RM32AI but at times works with a venue running a Midas M32 for FOH.  Band members would like consistency for IEM mix and I wanted to know if our Presonus RM32AI mixer can be used as sound source for our stage monitor mix and feed 32 channels of digital signal to a Midas M32 system?

Not directly, no plug 'n play.

You could though by installing a Dante card in each device.
