Hello, I have a Presonus Studio live 16.0.2 USB. Since I bought it, approximately 3 months ago, I have been having problems as sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I will explain with more detail:
* My computer detects the Presonus when it is connect and if I turn it off, the computer also recognizes this. I have pro tools 12 and FL Studio 20 aswell. Sometimes it works when I start it with FL Studio and everything works perfectly but sometimes I start FL Studio and there is no sound. Also I can only reproduce music in pro tools or FL as it doesn't allow me to reproduce music directly from the computer when FL Studio or pro tools isn't currently working. My computer does show me the music is reproducing in the computer but there is no sound in the monitors neither the headphone and the wheels of Phones and monitor are up.
This is starting to be very disturbing because I have had a lot of different controllers in the past and this has never happened to me. When I start the computer and I open the FL and I can't hear anything the only way to fix it is exit FL, Update the firmware and restart the computer and also the controller. As I previously said the computer detects it and all the softwares as well but it has just stopped reproducing the music through the headphone and monitors.
I really think this is due to hardware malfunction but I hope not and that you will be able to provide me solution or confirm how to proceed. In this same computer I have had other controllers working and there wasn't any problem like this, this problem is very strange and I need a solution ASAP as if I bought this controller it was to avoid these type of problems.
