I've logged tickets in the past and haven't had a problem and I'm not a sphere member. It usually took 24-48 hrs for them to get back to me. Where I've done this in the past, resetting Notion activations, not receiving my registration code for S1, etc. without having sphere I assume that's not the issue. But it's speculation on my part.
