Connot open a ticket via website or mypresonus app.

I am unable to log a ticket with support.  Neither the web form nor the app are allowing me to log a ticket with support.  I need to sort out something and my usual methods of reaching support aren't functioning.  Is this because I am not a sphere member?  I have issues with an instrument - namely Presence XT.

I've logged tickets in the past and haven't had a problem and I'm not a sphere member. It usually took 24-48 hrs for them to get back to me. Where I've done this in the past, resetting Notion activations, not receiving my registration code for S1, etc. without having sphere I assume that's not the issue. But it's speculation on my part. If there's anything I can do to help let me know (see if I can make a ticket for instance). Good luck Buster.

Its Busker "with a K"! :)  Cheers anyway, could be device issue.  Could be a chrome issue.  I will try when I get back to the captain's chair.
