Sorry to hear about the recent issues you have been experiencing.

This is usually caused by having your audio buffer size set to small. Raise your audio buffer setting higher prior to opening Studio One until you find the setting that does not have any noise.

You can also raise the buffer inside of Studio One from Options/Preferences(OSX) > Audio Setup.
