Audio (instrumental) track is being heard in my Vocal track

The bass of my instrumental track seems to be getting picked up in my vocal track when I arm the record button and try to record.

I have made sure that all my audio and recording settings are correct, drivers are updated, speakers are off (even tried unplugging them, although that shouldnt matter), I have even tried switching the usb inputs of my interface..

I know that it must be something in my computer settings, or hardware, as I have had the same issue in reaper, but only recently since I've moved and set up my computer again.

I am operating studio one 5, through windows 10, and komplete audio 1 is my interface.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey thank you for the response... there is no sidechains or anything like that.

I load an instrumental into the audio track, create a new track for vocals, then when i arm it to record and play the instrumental the audio shows up in my vocal track, almost like as if my speakers are on, but they are not...

The audio will even show up when my headphone volume, and input/host volume for the headphones are turned completely down... however it does show up louder when i turn the headphones up, but I have even covered my headphones and moved them away from the mic so I cant even hear them, and it still comes through on the vocal track very loud.

Ive even tried uninstalling the driver for my soundcard and reinstalling it, updated my windows, done everything i can think of and it still happens in both studio one and reason...
