After Big Sur OSX 11.1 update my iMac does not recognise my Studio 68

I've had my PreSonus Studio 68 for a long time and it has been working like a charm. I upgraded my iMac to MacOS to 11.1 last night and my iMac can no longe recognise the interface. UC can see it and I've tried to reinstall the software, but to no avail. I have uninstalled/reinstalled UC twice.

I have the same problem with catalina!

I have similar problem with iTwo on BigSur 11.1
iTwo works with logic but not as a browser sound.

Any ideas?
