Two questions:
1. I joined Sphere. I downloaded Studio One 5 Professional as indicated but is there a new desktop icon that is to replace my previous "Studio one 5 Artist" version? Mine still says "Studio One 5 Artist" instead of professional and it's working ok as I was able to download some add ons and stuff. Just wondering.
2. I tried to download the melodyne add-on but it does not show installed in the Studio one Installs tab. It only keeps showing "Melodyne trial" I had downloaded before I joined Sphere. What am I doing wrong? could it be I'm not opening the Zip file properly? After I download it , I then go to my "downloads" section in my computer then double click or try to open it but a stupid trial of "Unzip" tries to open it but nothing. I then drag it to Presonus itself like I did with the other add-ons and it takes me to the page to activate but then it asks for the Serial number (which I don't have as it does not show on my Studio one Installs tab) I'm running in circles. I'm using windows 10, 64 bit.
