I've had a similar problem several times. It would seem that the song settings on the Model 16 would have to match the same settings in Windows. For example, I prefer to record at 48kHz - 24 bit. I hope this helps you find the setting on your computer...
1. Right-Click on the "Speaker" icon in the task bar (system tray) at the bottom right of the screen.
2. Select "Open Sound settings" from the pop-up menu.
3. On the Sound settings page, Left-Click on "Sound Control Panel" under "Related Settings" on the right side of the page.
4. Right-Click on the playback device from the list called "Model 16".
5. Select "Properties" from that pop-up menu.
6. Left-Click on the tab labeled "Advanced" at the top of the "Speakers Properties" that just opened up.
7. Make sure your settings under "Default Format" match the settings for the song on your Model 16 mixer.
8. You can click the Test button to make sure sound comes out.
Outside of that, there's something going on with your Studio One setup. This usually resolved my "USB F mismatch" errors.
