Question

I am trying to upgrade my software from Prime to Artist.  I received the artist upgrade via purchasing hardware ios station 24c.  When I attempt to use the product key, it isn't it isn't correct.  When I attempt to do the offline upgrade it doesn't bring up the download license.  I am uninstalled and reinstalled the software Prime and installed what it says it Artist 3 times and it still only loads Prime.  I have attempted to contact support but have heard nothing back.  Ideas?

There is only one S1 install, that includes all editions. Entering the Artist license will enable the Artist features.

You can also use the license activation within S1, once you login to S1. It will retrieve the license key(s) and apply them automatically.
