If you haven't been made aware (the general audience I mean), Cubase has a great feature that's goes pretty deep when it comes to music theory.  And that's the chord assistant.  You can dial up these features when you create a chord track and once you load up the track, you can go deep into the features of the chord assistant. this feature allows you to create chord progressions related to the notes you play or the scale you're in.  Of course, a video can do this more justice so I posted a video detailing this great feature which would be awesome to implement in studio one somehow.  The key take aways: (the chord pad which adapts to the other chords played, the chord assistant which gives you related chord Ideas based on circle of 5ths or the closest related chords, and some other good stuff regarding this great feature.  check it out.

(Edit):  Here is another video that goes into this feature and many other benefits that make this an awesome addition to chord assistants: start at like the 5min mark.
