I just received my quantum and connected it with my new music pc. I connected it with a good quality TB 2 cable to an apple adapter to TB3 type usb C and in to the motherboards TB3 port. Quantum is showing a red light, not even showing up in UC surface. Do I need to change the adapter to a StarTech TB3 to TB2 Adapter for Windows systems? This ruined my evening... I hope there is good solution for it. I swithced over from studio 192 just to avoid hazzles with latency issues, but I got another problem.
