Question

I cannot hear any audio from my Quantum 26x32. None whatsoever. Everything is up to date, UC and firmware. I can see audio coming through in UC and on the hardware itself. I cannot hear anything at all from the headphones. I never had this problem with my firestudio project.

I am looking for simple monitoring. It is making me so frustrated.

Do you have the headphone level for the channel your headphones are plugged into turned up/on?

Do you have the master level turned up?

Have you verified that the headphones work (plug them into something else)
