I am having the exact same problem. I am sorry to add to your confusion as I am sure you want an answer just as much as I do, but this place seems to work very hard to make it as hard as possible to get a simple answer just to setup this stuff. Can someone. within this company that never blinked when when we paid all our money for this stuff, but takes a nap when we are trying to get answers. Look, have a question submission place. We have questions and this is not the first one I have had and can't seem to figure out something as simple as submitting a question. I realize you don't want to spend any resources in answering questions, but you made this stuff that we spent good money on, answer our questions.
