You don't issue an email letting me know that you replied to my ticket! Do you think people have nothing better to do that to check their Presonus website every day in the chance that someone finally got around to answering their problem? My frustration grows every day that I can not accomplish what I need to do because I installed a Quantum in my brand new set up with ny new MacBook Pro. You have a real PUBLIC RELATIONS PROBLEM in your company!
