No FIREWIRE LINK ID field on systems page 6 (digital) StudioLive 16.4.2AI

Have connected firewire S800 cable to 2x Studiolive 16.4.2.AI

On System page 6 DIGITAL there is only

Sampling rate 48Khz

S/PDIF out: Main Mix L/R

there is no field for FIREWIRE LINK ID or Subgroup merge as per manual and videos.

please help!

Please make sure you are running the latest firmware. Cascading Ai consoles did not work with older firmware releases. If you just bought these consoles, then the firmware is most likely out of date.

Go into your my.presonus.com account to obtain the firmware and how to do a firmware recovery / factory reset that will allow the cascading Ai functions to work.
