Hi All,

We just bought a Presonus StudioLive 16.0.2 mixer, and are now looking at upgrading our computer so we can optimise the firewire recording. Problem is, most of the PC laptops we are looking at, don't offer firewire inputs. Some of the newer laptops have Thunderbolt 3 inputs, so just wondering if anyone has tested using this mixer (or similar) with a PC laptop?

Thanks

If your PC has a PCI slot you can add a Firewire Card to your laptop.

For a PC with a certified USB-C (Thunderbolt 3) input you can use the following for connection.
