I have read the question on this and there has been no answer. Can someone please help me and the other user? I can't get the record button to arm.the recording function. The record buttom on the transport goes red if I click it but because the track is not armed it will not record.
The problem arises when I create a new song. I have checked the input channel and that is correct. I have turned off the "punch in " button. It is driving me crazy. The only way I can get around it is to open an existing song, delete everything, and record over and "save as". However this is not satisfactory if I have to do a larger project.
Please help me. I am tearing my hair out.
