Please help. Newbie to this system...

Input signal lights up green on Quantum 2626. Input signal shows on iMac Sound Preferences Input. No sound in Studio One. No sound when recording.

Demo sound and youtube playback audio works fine in both computer output or Quantum headphone.

What am I missing?

Universal Control, in RTA view, shows the waveform of incoming audio. Still, no sound. All demo/tutorial tracks sound fine. Web browser sound is fine, as well.

Obviously, I'm not routing something, somewhere, but I've got no elfin clue. Had this for a week and still no success recording live audio.

Yes, I've read others no audio issues. Yes, I've searched online, same. There is no solution and I know it's something very simple and easily overlooked by a newbie. Please help!
