This regarding my Sphere account, on the 16th of February 2021, there was a issue with my Sphere account and I ended up paying USD. 14.99 twice. Thanks to your team the account issue was sorted out. Today the 16th of March 2021, I have been charged USD.14.99 again. I was under the impression since I had paid twice last month I would not be charged this month? I Would be grateful if you could look into this matter.
