Payment Made but Can't access Sphere Online or Offline

Has anyone faced this issue before??

I made the payment for Sphere, received the invoice and receipt on e-mail but cannot access it. Each time I login, it redirects me to make a payment. Hence I cannot login offline as it says that I don't have an active subscription. I have raised a support ticket but it takes ages for for a response.

If someone can help me out with this, I'll be highly obliged.

Same with me as well, subscribed annually and received the invoice and receipt. But unable to see the plan as active, raised a service ticket but no update on it yet.

Bruh I jus paid for a subscription and it says I don’t have a active subscription
