I have Mac mini (Apple M1) with OS 11.2.3 and have loaded and reloaded UC 3.4.2.63992 many times. I've 'allowed' Apps from identified developers, so it appears not to to be the computer blocking the installation. Your answer gave me hope, but after another unsuccessful installation, I wondered what configuration led to your success?
