I downloaded the software and installed it, but no window shows up when I launch the application. The utility bar shows that VSL is running, but nothing else happens.

AudioBox 1.3 VSL series drivers do not work for Mac OS X 10.11 or higher.

We have an updated installer that will remove AudioBox VSL software and put a newer software called Universal Control 1.8 on your system that will allow you to update your iTwo (or any AudioBox i-Series or VSL series interface).

You can get the latest version of Universal Control that works for your AudioBox iTwo here

Just by installing Universal Control 1.8 (or higher), will remove AudioBox VSL software from your system. Once you've installed UC 1.8, you will be prompted to reboot your system.

When your system restarts Universal Control will launch automatically as part of start up.

In the event UC does not start, you can open it by launching Universal Control in your Applications folder.

UC will notify you that you need to do a firmware update and there will be a button to start the process. The firmware update will take about a minute to complete. When it's finished, UC will let you know.

Once complete, UC will notify you what your latest firmware version is.

i-Series interfaces use the device driver provided by Apple, so you're ready to go start recording.
