I subscribed to presonus sphere but cant open on my MacBook Pro its saying cant connect to server please refund me my money cause useless paying for what you cant use

I also can't get anything to activate after purchasing sphere membership. Trying to activate over internet fails..

Trying to activate in Studio one 5 artist to Pro using sphere membership option also fails.

Im using my Mac mini 2020 M1
