I sign up for Sphere...download the Pro version of Studio One 5 and the thing refuses to connect to the server. Checked my mac firewall...Presonus has permission. Turned of firewall...same problem. Restarted the computer...even deleted Studio One 5 and reinstalled...still won't connect to server...no I don't have antivirus nor 'blockage' programs running. I go to my Sphere account...I cannot even register offline either...so Sphere has my money and I cannot do **** on my mac (Catalina OS).
RESOLVED: I WAS FORCED TO ERASE MY DRIVE AND INSTALL CATALINA AGAIN. LUCKY I KEEP ALL DATA ON EXTERNAL DRIVES. NEEDLESS TO SAY PRESONUS HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY TICKET IN SOME 4 OR 5 DAYS NOW. I ALSO FIND STUDIO ONE TO BE BUGGY.
