I have two Eris E5s on stands set for the tweeter to be at ear height. I use a Cambridge Audio DacMagic Plus. However, my workspace needs to in one quadrant of the room. As a result the left speaker is angled slightly toward me and has a few feet of space around it on all sides. The right speaker is in a corner. It's 8 inches from the back wall and about 10" from the right wall.
I'm hoping to compensate for placement as much as possible. I have foam behind the cornered speaker and partially on the side near the wall. It's not enough! Would it be reasonable to set the acoustic space of the cornered speaker to -4 dB and the acoustic space of the left speaker which has space all around to 0 dB?
I can't re-arrange the working space. Might the above help? Any other settings I can adjust?
Thanks
