I'm trying to register my first new Product but it says that it's already registred.

Hello, I just registered on the site and I wanted to register my very first product, but when I try to register it, I have a message that says this product is already registered?! I just got it, and it’s a new product, so to me it’s incomprehensible that I’m being told it’s already registered.

Can you help me ?

It occassionally happens, I'm not sure why. To get that cleared up goto my.presonus click on 'Support" up top and 'create a ticket' on the right. Explain what happened and someone from Presonus will help you get that cleared up.
