I am a software developer for an audio product that uses ASIO when running on Windows 10. My software uses the standard Steinberg ASIO library when talking to audio devices on windows. The Presonus ASIO driver crashes very hard, and reliably under what seems to be simple usage. It crashes hard enough to lock up the Windows OS to the point where it is unable to shutdown (without physically power-cycling the machine). Several of my customers report similar problems when they connect to their Presonus ASIO drivers.
I am more than willing, and capable of helping troubleshoot this issue if I could get connected to someone at Presonus who is technical and familiar with the Presonus ASIO driver software.
