I installed step by step as indicated by the information that comes in the box, I even eliminated residues of drivers of other interfaces from the device manager (I am using win 10), I made sure to have all the inputs and outputs at the same amount of hertz and I am also in a buffer according to my processor (I have a ryzen 5 3550h and I have never used it overloaded), I am using an acer nitro 5 and every so often the audio cuts out as if it were attenuating at low volumes and once I turn up the volume of the headphone monitoring is heard again, this had never happened to me with my other interface, (a behringuer umc 204 hd) I also tried if it happened to me using the integrated sound card and no, this is being produced by something that comes from the interface and I don't know if it's driver or hardware, please help me! I've been trying everything for a week and I still don't have a solution!
