What USB port does the 32sc go into on your computer? Is it USB 2 only or does it work well with USB 3? Is it known to have any problems with USB 3 ports?

Does it cope well with Intel USB 3 Chipsets?

I am thinking about getting the 32SC. I tried a Allen and Heath QU16 but it had big problems, with a bit crusher effect being produced on USB play back... after looking into it I think this was caused by USB 3 Intel Chipsets in my windows PC motherboard. So I've returned it and I'm looking at this as an alternative.

I haven't been able to find any issues listed online but it does specifically say in the tech specs its minimum requirements are USB 2 which makes me cautious but does imply that if you had USB 3 this would be ok.

Thanks in advance to you or anyone else who's able to help! These are the specs of my PC: OS version: Windows 10, 10.0, version 2009, build: 19043 (x64) CPU: GenuineIntel Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz Logical processors: 8 Processor groups: 1 RAM: 32705 MB total This mother board: H170A-X1 )ASRock Super Alloy, *8th Gen Intel® Core™ desktop processors are supported with Intel® 300 Series chipset motherboards only 5 Power Phase design Supports DDR4 2133 2 PCIe 3.0 x16, 3 PCIe 3.0 x1 Supports AMD Quad CrossFireX™ Graphics Output Options: DVI-D 7.1 CH HD Audio (Realtek ALC892 Audio Codec), ELNA Audio Caps 6 SATA3 8 USB 3.1 Gen1 (2 Front, 6 Rear) Supports Full Spike Protection, ASRock Live Update & APP Shop) It also has the same issue with my MSI laptop which has these specs: 10th Generation Intel Hex-Core i7 Processor, 8GB of DDR4 RAM Nvidia GeForce 1660 Ti graphics 512GB NVMe SSD 15.3″ IPS 120Hz display Here's links to a couple of videos I made with the issue with the QU16 if you're interested:
